about us

Building a legacy of girls and young women who rise up and break barriers to pursue their athletic dreams and leadership visions.

RJL recognizes the proven link between girls who engage in physical activity in their childhood and adolescence and those who pursue and secure leadership roles in their careers.

We have created a vision to boost girls’ physical literacy and participation in organized sport, ultimately nurturing the development of tomorrow’s female leaders.  With like-minded coaches and mentors, we deliver fun, supportive and unique experiences to keep girls engaged in physical activity and healthy lifestyles for the rest of their lives.

Our Mission

Run. Jump. LEAD! is an organization committed to fostering equitable opportunities for girls in sport and leadership.

Our mission is to keep girls engaged in sport by building fundamental physical literacy and leadership skills, ultimately fostering tomorrow's female leaders.

We deliver motivational programs to girls early in their life, cultivating the skills vital for success and healthy lifestyles. Through hands-on activities and physical literacy training with united coaches and mentors, we discover how to positively impact our homes, communities, and most importantly, ourselves

Our Values

Connection

We are a community where we are all seen, heard and valued.  Members of the RJL community have a sense of trust, belonging, safety, and a genuine connection to each other.

Inclusion

No one gets left behind - everyone wins when everyone plays.

Quality

We deliver the highest quality programs, taught by the highest quality coaches, in the highest quality facilities.

Fun

We laugh, we play, and we celebrate – all in an atmosphere of belonging and support.

“Sports teach you character. It teaches you to play by the rules. It teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose. It teaches you about life.”
